Why the move?

I no longer trust GitHub to be a good long-term steward of my repositories:

• Leadership changes away from the developer-first ethos.
• Microsoft's incompetence running the platform.
• AI scraping and training on hosted code with no meaningful opt-out.

Self-hosting on Gitea gives me ownership of my work.
